Troy Crissey

Superintendent at Carmel Partners

Troy Crissey currently serves as a Superintendent at Carmel Partners, overseeing facade work on a 16-story tower in the Wardman Park project, which includes over 900 apartment units and various high-end amenities. Prior experience includes a Superintendent role at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, managing a range of project scopes from mass excavation to building interiors. Troy has also contributed as a Senior Field Engineer on notable projects such as the Sunrise Senior Living of McLean and the American University Hall of Science, as well as serving as a Field Engineer on the Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg project. Early career experience includes internships at James G. Davis Construction and Keller Brothers and Keller Construction Management. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
