Gian Pascual

Gian Pascual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in smart manufacturing and IT solutions management. Currently serving as the Smart Manufacturing Solutions Manager at Carmeuse Americas since April 2022, Gian has previously held significant leadership roles including Senior Manager of Wafer Manufacturing Systems at Seagate Technology, where key IT initiatives were implemented to drive factory growth. Gian's background also includes managerial positions at Gerdau North America, where operational efficiencies were enhanced through the delivery of application and infrastructure solutions, and at Accenture, where diverse application development projects were successfully managed. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
