Maria Albulescu

Maria Albulescu is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in global talent and digital learning. Currently serving as Global Learning Lead at Carmeuse since November 2021, Maria previously held roles at Cegeka as L&D Coordinator and Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating L&D processes, delivering soft skills training, and managing key leadership programs. Earlier experiences include contributing as a Learning and Development Advisor at Finastra, overseeing the SumTotal Learning Management System, and managing LMS migration projects. Maria's career began with an internship at PwC, focusing on the ACCA qualification and technical training programs, and an early role at GEYC in recruiting for European youth projects. Maria holds a Master's Degree in HR Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
