Victoria Neff

Victoria Neff has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Victoria started their career in 1999 at Linamar as an Employee Relations Manager. In 2003, they joined Trojan Technologies as a Human Resource Consultant for three years. In 2006, Neff became the HR Director at Patriot Forge Co. Victoria held this position for seven years before joining Carmeuse in 2013 as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the Northern Region. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of HR Field Operations, North America at Carmeuse.

Victoria Neff earned a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University in 1995. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Psychology from 1989 to 1993.
