John Sokolowski

John Sokolowski's work experience begins in 2011 as an Assistant Research Analyst for Duke Political Science Research. In 2012, they worked as the Executive Vice President for the Duke Marketing Club and also as a Coordinator for Baseball Operations at USA Baseball. From 2013 to 2016, John worked as an Account Executive at McKinney. In 2016, they became a Copywriting Student at VCU Brandcenter and continued until 2018. Following that, John worked as a Copywriting Intern and Freelancer at McKinney from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to the present, they have been associated with Carmichael Lynch, initially as a Jr. Writer, then as a Writer, Senior Writer, and currently as an Associate Creative Director / Writer.

John Sokolowski attended Duke University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2011, they spent a semester studying abroad at Oxford University, New College, Oxford, focusing on Political Philosophy. Then, in 2016, John pursued a Master of Science degree in Copywriting from VCU Brandcenter, completing their studies in 2018.
