Tracey Santilli

Tracey Wehrfritz Santilli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the public relations and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the President of the Philadelphia office at Carmichael Lynch since March 2024, Tracey played a key role in the integration of Tierney into Carmichael Lynch, focusing on culture, operations, and client relationships. Prior to this, Tracey held various leadership positions at Tierney from May 2002 to May 2024, including President, Chief Growth Officer, and Executive Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed agency culture, business strategy, new business development, and oversight of public relations practices. Tracey's career began at Ketchum from 1998 to 2002, managing multiple accounts and advising on communication strategies. Tracey Wehrfritz Santilli earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with minors in Political Science and Business from West Virginia University.
