Muhammad Waqas Usman Hingoro

Muhammad Waqas Usman Hingoro has worked in a variety of roles in the medical field since 2008. Muhammad Waqas Usman began as a Physician Assistant at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation in 2008, then moved on to become a Research Officer at the Aga Khan University Hospital in 2011. In 2019, they became a Founding Member & Principal Scientist at Carmine Therapeutics and a Scientist-1, Discovery at Esco Ventures.

Muhammad Waqas Usman Hingoro received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cancer Biology from the City University of Hong Kong in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Dalian Medical University in 2016. Muhammad Waqas Usman also completed a Bachelor of Science - BS in Medical Technology (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) from Karachi University in 2010.
