Damian Gunningsmith

Damian Gunningsmith is a Partner at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, where the practice focuses on a broad range of litigation matters, particularly intellectual property litigation, encompassing patent, trademark, antitrust, false advertising, trade secret, and unfair competition issues. Prior to this role, Damian served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office, engaging in uniformed road patrol and numerous arrests.
