Jeremy Jones has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and construction industry. Jeremy started their career at Malphrus Construction as an Associate Project Manager, where they provided support for GPS machine control systems and generated digital terrain models. Jeremy then joined ARCADIS as a Certified Project Manager and later became the department manager for surveying. During their time at ARCADIS, Jeremy led the execution of surveying, engineering, and program management services.
In 2008, Jeremy became the Owner/President of PHAROS Consulting LLC, focusing on contract administration and program management, with a particular emphasis on laser scanning technology. Jeremy was awarded a five-year IDIQ with the GSA for laser scanning and building information modeling services.
Currently, Jeremy is a Senior Vice President at Carnahan Proctor and Cross, Inc., where they support other practice managers in meeting client goals and contributes to the overall growth of the division. Jeremy also leads the group's project innovation efforts using laser scanning, building information modeling, and drone applications.
Jeremy Jones attended the University of South Carolina Aiken from 1994 to 2000, majoring in Civil Engineering Technology. After that, they enrolled in the Technical College of the Lowcountry from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Surveying. Prior to their college education, they completed high school at BHS from 1990 to 1993, earning a High School degree.
In terms of additional certifications, Jeremy obtained a Portable 3-D Metrologist, Level 1 certification from the Coordinate Metrology Society in July 2022.
