James O'Higgins

James O'Higgins is the Director and Head of M&A Legal at Carne Group, where they focus on corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, they served as Legal Counsel at Liberty Insurance Ireland and as a Senior Associate at Matheson, specializing in corporate transactions and M&A. James began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at A&L Goodbody and later worked as a Corporate Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. They hold a BCL degree in Law from University College Dublin and completed further training at the Law Society of Ireland.
