Ambika Kapur has extensive experience in the field of education and public understanding, currently serving as Program Director for Public Understanding at Carnegie Corporation of New York since March 2001. Prior to this role, Ambika held positions as Manager of the Dissemination Program and Journalism Initiative, and Program Associate at the same organization. Ambika's earlier experience includes serving as a Research Associate at Education Development Center from 1998 to 2001. Ambika earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College, where studies were completed between August 1991 and June 1995, and furthered education at Columbia University from August 1995 to May 1997.
