Celeste Ford

Celeste Ford has a wide range of experience in communications and media. Celeste currently holds the position of Chief Communications Officer at Carnegie Corporation of New York, where they have previously held roles as Director of Special Projects, Office of the President, Director of External Relations, and Manager of Media Relations. Prior to their time at Carnegie Corporation, Celeste worked as a GED Campaign Strategist and Media Advisor for the NYC Fund for Public Advocacy, where they played a key role in developing messaging and securing media coverage for a campaign aimed at enrolling young adults. Celeste also has experience as the owner and manager of a video production company, and as an on-air news contributor and reporter for WNET, WSJ, and CNBC. Celeste started their career as an on-air news reporter for WABC-TV, where they covered a wide range of topics and received numerous journalism awards.

Celeste Ford holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Integrated Communications from the New York University School of Professional Studies. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Reputation Risk Management from the Public Relations Society of America.
