Noelle Pourrat is a Learning and Development Specialist at Carnegie Corporation of New York since October 2015, responsible for designing and facilitating learning sessions and creating curricula for onboarding and training. Previous roles include Program Analyst, where collaborative efforts with a team enhanced grantmaking strategies and strengthened relationships with grantee partners, and Program Assistant at the Center for a New American Security. Noelle's experience also encompasses internships with UN Women and the Coalition for the International Criminal Court, as well as leadership roles in the National Model United Nations. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and another Master's degree in International Security from Sciences Po, supported by a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from UC Irvine.
