Zachary Mees

Zachary Mees has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. In 2009, they started their career at SunTrust Bank, working in credit risk assessment. Later that year, they moved on to Ardour Capital Investments, where they focused on equity research for a short period. In 2009, they transitioned to Highmount Capital as a manager, responsible for due diligence and quantitative analysis. From 2011 to 2014, Zachary worked at The Ford Foundation in asset allocation and risk management. In 2014, they joined AQR Capital Management as a Vice President, specializing in risk parity and multi-asset investment. Zachary later became an Executive Director, serving as an investment strategist until 2021.
