Robert Hayward II is a seasoned leader in the energy sector, serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Consolidated Industries, Inc. since January 2022, where the focus is on renewable energy projects in low-income communities through public-private partnerships. Additionally, Robert holds multiple advisory and leadership roles, including Veterans Advanced Energy Fellow at the Atlantic Council, member of the Texas Advisory Committee for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, and New Leader at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. Robert served on the Defense Council for the Truman National Security Project and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Chem-Energy Corporation. With a robust military background as a Commander in the U.S. Army, Robert led various aviation units and served in key operational roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grambling State University, a Master's in Public Administration from the University of North Texas, and advanced management training from Stanford University and Villanova University.
