Stephen Hibbard

Stephen Hibbard is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since April 2023. With extensive experience in corporate governance, Hibbard holds positions as Corporate Secretary and Chairman at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs since January 2017 and has been a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Bay School of San Francisco since August 2018. Previously, Hibbard was a Partner at JONES DAY® from February 2016 to March 2023 and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from March 2004 to January 2016. Hibbard holds a J.D. from Yale Law School (1983-1986) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, English Literature, and Philosophic Theology from the University of South Carolina (1979-1983).
