Konark Bhandari is an experienced professional with a strong background in law and public policy. Currently serving as a Fellow and former Associate Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since August 2021, Konark previously worked as a Fellow at the Centre for The Digital Future for a brief period in 2021. With extensive experience at the Competition Commission of India from December 2015 to July 2020, Konark contributed to the Combination Division, evaluating mergers and briefing the Chairperson on antitrust matters. Earlier roles include serving as a Foreign Lawyer at Rajah & Tann Asia from March 2009 to March 2011, where Konark drafted significant legal documents and conducted due diligence for various transactions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Services from the NUS Faculty of Law, a Graduate Course in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution, a Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and a Diploma of Education in Competition Law from National Law University, Delhi.
