Minh-Thu Pham

Minh-Thu Pham is a seasoned professional in international policy and advocacy, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Project Starling and a Nonresident Scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, as well as a Lecturer and Nonresident Fellow at Princeton University. Pham's previous roles include Co-Founder and Distinguished Fellow at Duke Polis Center for Politics, and Executive Director of Global Policy at the United Nations Foundation, where significant contributions were made to global policymaking, including the establishment of the Sustainable Development Goals. Experience also includes serving as a Policy Advisor in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General at the United Nations, where critical work was carried out on UN reform and US-UN relations. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Affairs in International Relations from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University.
