Bianca Bailey

Bianca Bailey is an experienced professional in arts administration and community engagement, currently serving as Associate of Social Impact Programs at Carnegie Hall since August 2024, where Bianca is involved in The B-Side program, focusing on career opportunities in the music industry for young people. Prior to this role, Bianca was with New York Live Arts from June 2018 to August 2024, holding various positions including Community Engagement and Education Manager, Membership Services and Education Coordinator, and Artist Services & Membership Associate. Bianca has also contributed to the Gloria Eve School of the Arts from June 2011 to January 2022 in roles such as Program Manager and Program Coordinator, overseeing daily operations and program development to increase enrollment. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant interfacing with diverse stakeholders and serving as an Entertainment Production Assistant intern at RWS Entertainment Group. Bianca holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Baruch College and a degree from The City College of New York.
