Liz Mahler is a distinguished arts administrator with an extensive background in the music industry. Currently serving as the Director of Artistic Administration at Carnegie Hall since March 2016, Liz has previously held significant roles such as Executive Director and Managing Director at The Knights from December 2011 to February 2016, and Director of Special Projects at Orpheus Chamber Orchestra from July 2009 to December 2011. Liz began the career in orchestra management as an Orchestra Management Fellow at the League of American Orchestras from June 2008 to June 2009. Liz holds a Master's degree in Violin Performance from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in American History and Literature from Harvard University.
