Sylvia Papapostolou Kienzl

Sylvia Papapostolou Kienzl currently serves as the Director of Major Gifts at Carnegie Hall as of December 2023, following the role of Deputy Director of Major Gifts at the Metropolitan Opera from November 2022 to December 2023. From August 2014 to May 2022, Sylvia worked at Queens Library, where multiple significant initiatives were developed, including serving as New Initiatives Specialist, overseeing cultural and educational programs, and managing the Census 2020 Program. Additional experience includes strategic fundraising consulting, directorial responsibilities at IBPSA-USA, and extensive involvement in media and communications, including positions at Η ΚΑΘΗΜΕΡΙΝΗ, the Greek Press Office at the UN, Antenna Satellite, and Alter Channel TV.
