Ashley Whitney is currently a Proposal Specialist at Carnegie Learning, where responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of complex proposal projects and crafting tailored content for competitive bids. Previously, at DreamBox Learning, Ashley rapidly advanced from a novice proposal writer to a specialist, effectively conveying the unique aspects of an innovative educational program. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Organizer for Fight for $15, where Ashley coordinated various community events and supported media relations, and as a Contributing Writer for Creative Loafing Tampa, covering critical social justice issues. Ashley also worked as a Reporter for WMNF 88.5 FM, focusing on local and state matters. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Communication Leadership from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, English, and Economics from Flagler College.
