Lead Gameplay Designer

Drew Godden is a Lead Gameplay Designer at Carnegie Learning, known for a process-oriented approach to problem-solving and delivering exceptional game experiences. Previously, Drew served as a Junior Game Designer and Quality Assurance Tester at Clockwork Fox Studios, where they designed adaptive difficulty progression for mini-games and developed prototypes. In their role at Carnegie Learning, Drew contributed to the design of gameplay systems for a GaaS product, eventually leading the gameplay design and mentorship of junior designers in their current position. Drew is pursuing an Honours Bachelor in Game Design at Sheridan College.
