Customer Support Manager

Scott Spindler has extensive experience in customer support and instructional technology. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager and previously as the Customer Support Lead at Carnegie Learning since September 2006, Scott specializes in assisting customers with the installation and deployment of Cognitive Tutor Software, addressing technical queries related to installation and network setup, and offering guidance on class usage. Prior to this role, Scott worked as an Instructional Technology Coordinator for Prince George's County Public Schools from January 2005 to August 2006, where responsibilities included supporting administrators, teachers, and students in the integration of advanced technologies in the classroom. Scott holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from PennWest Clarion, earned between 1988 and 1992.
