Dale Kircher has over three decades of experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Facilities Manager at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh since June 2013. Prior to this role, Dale Kircher worked at PITT OHIO as a Facilities Supervisor from October 1989 to June 2013, where responsibilities included managing facilities and maintenance of properties.
