Middle States Commission on Higher Education
Amy Moseder, Ed.D. serves as the Senior Vice President for Policy and Administrative Services at the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, having held multiple positions since December 2011, including Vice President for Policy and Regulatory Affairs. Moseder has extensive experience in higher education policy, notably coordinating recognition applications for the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and developing accreditation reports. Prior to this, Moseder was the Director of Institutional Research & Planning at Salem Community College, focusing on assessment plans and academic program reviews. Earlier career experience includes serving as Communications Manager at Tevebaugh Associates, where marketing strategies and an annual marketing plan were developed. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Wilmington University and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, both from the University of Delaware.
Middle States Commission on Higher Education
The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is a voluntary, non-governmental, regional membership association currently serving higher education institutions in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and other geographic areas in which the Commission conducts accrediting activities. MSCHE assures students and the public of the educational quality of higher education. The Commission’s accreditation process ensures institutional accountability, self-appraisal, improvement, and innovation through peer review and the rigorous application of standards within the context of institutional mission.
