Alexis Parker

Alexis Parker is an experienced data analytics professional currently serving as the Data Analytics Development Manager and former Data Analytics Development Lead at Carnegie Mellon University since February 2019. In this role, Alexis facilitates discussions with colleagues and stakeholders to identify business requirements and participates in data governance initiatives. Prior to this, Alexis worked at JCA from November 2006 to January 2019, holding positions including Senior IT Business Systems Analyst and Product Architect - BI, where responsibilities included managing the development of Business Intelligence products tailored to client strategies. Alexis began the career at Gateway Ticketing Systems as a Product Communication Specialist and also provided consulting services in business analysis for a healthcare insurance company at Consult USA. Alexis holds a BA in Art History with a focus on Architectural History from Penn State University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
