Regis Will

Regis Will is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in virtualization and storage systems. Currently serving as a Senior Virtualization Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University since November 2011, Regis focuses on supporting the research and academic mission of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department through projects involving infrastructure virtualization and computer lab testing. Previously, Regis worked as a Virtualization and Storage Engineer at ColdCypress, where the design and implementation of network storage and disaster recovery systems were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as Computer Systems Manager for the Statistics Department at Carnegie Mellon University, overseeing a comprehensive Linux-based IT infrastructure, and as a Computer Systems Analyst at the University of Pittsburgh, providing consultancy with a focus on UNIX systems. Regis holds educational credentials from the University of Pittsburgh and Virginia Tech.
