Ruslan Salakhutdinov

Ruslan Salakhutdinov is the UPMC Professor of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University and serves as the Director of AI Research at Apple. Prior to these roles, Ruslan co-founded Perceptual Machines, Inc. and held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, where Ruslan completed a PhD in Machine Learning from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Ruslan was a Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT, contributing to research in the field of artificial intelligence.
