Ellen Sanin

Ellen Sanin is an experienced education and management professional currently serving as the IDEA Internal Engagement Specialist at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh since April 2023. Sanin has held various roles at Breakout Games since April 2022, including Assistant Manager and Game Master, and previously worked at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History from March 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included Plan Manager, Museum Educator II, Post-Camp Supervisor, Museum Educator I, and Museum Education Assistant. Earlier experience includes roles at St. Anthony School Programs from December 2014 to May 2021 as Post-Secondary Coordinator, Teacher, Summer Camp Director, Job Coach & Teacher, and Job Coach Assistant, in addition to serving as Camp Teacher at the National Building Museum in 2016. Sanin holds a Master of Science in Special Education K-8 and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, both from Duquesne University, along with a high school diploma from Georgetown Visitation.
