Dylan Covell is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Carnegie Robotics since June 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at West Virginia University Interactive Robotics Lab, where significant contributions were made as the Mechanical Lead for two major SolidWorks assemblies: the Fast Traversing Autonomous Rover for Mars Sample Collection and the Stone Mine Ground Vehicle. Previously, internships at Fil-Tec Inc. and WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff provided exposure to factory operations and steel detailing. Dylan holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, earned in May 2019.
