Matt Cruser, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management within the maritime industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Carnival Corporation since April 2014, Matt is responsible for high-level financial data analysis to enhance energy efficiency and compliance across a fleet of over 100 vessels, as well as evaluating capital investments and presenting strategic insights to senior executives. Prior roles include Project Manager at Bollinger Shipyards, where Matt managed configuration changes for a multi-billion dollar US Coast Guard program, and Project/Program Manager at Swiftships Shipbuilders, overseeing a significant military sales program.
