Paul Chong

Paul Chong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and government relations within the hospitality and cruise industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Asian Government Relations and Vice President of Business Development at Carnival Corporation since July 2013, Paul leads initiatives to establish strategic partnerships and expand the cruise business across Asia. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Representative Director at Carnival Corporation Ports Group Japan K.K. and previously served as VP of Sales & Commercial SEA Costa and VP of Business Development for Carnival Asia at Costa Crociere S.p.A. Prior experience includes significant roles at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, where Paul oversaw business development and legal operations, and at Rajah & Tann and Allen & Gledhill, where legal expertise was developed. Paul received an LLB Hons from the National University of Singapore.
