Paula Roque is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and production across various media sectors. Currently, as a Senior Program Manager and PMO Lead at Carnival Corporation, Paula oversees the portfolio of New Guest Experience projects for Princess Cruises, leading creative, technical, design, and development teams to deliver innovative guest experiences. Previous roles include Production Manager at Carnival Corporation, where Paula managed complex projects across a fleet of 15 ships, and Producer at Beehouse Productions LLC, successfully executing over $6 million in national advertising campaigns. Additional experience includes roles as a Broadcast Producer and Interactive Producer, along with an academic background that includes a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
