Phil Fasano

Phil Fasano, MBA, CPSM, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Sourcing for Food & Beverage at Carnival Corporation, overseeing supply chain operations for Carnival, Princess, Holland America, and Seabourn since November 2022. Prior to this role, Phil held leadership positions at Aramark as Director of Strategic Sourcing & Category Strategy Leader and at Hilton, where Phil progressed from Buyer to Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management for Food & Beverage. Phil holds an MBA with a focus in Finance from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University, in addition to a High School Diploma from Georgetown Preparatory School.
