William Henderson

William Henderson serves as the Global Ethics and Compliance Director, Safety, Health and Security at Carnival Corporation since April 2017, bringing extensive experience in occupational safety management from roles at Holland America Group. In this capacity, William leads the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team overseeing operations for Holland America Line, Princess, Seabourn, and P&O Australia, ensuring the safety of over 50,000 crew and officers. Prior to this, William worked as a Safety Advisor at Venoco, focusing on employee safety, emergency response, and compliance in oil and gas operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Operator at Venoco and as an Electrician at Straight Line Electric. William is currently advancing education with a NEBOSH certification.
