Charalampos Agapiou

Charalampos Agapiou is a skilled professional in the maritime industry with a focus on decarbonisation and HVAC-R projects. Currently serving as a Junior Manager in the R&D Decarbonisation Unit at Carnival Maritime GmbH since November 2021, Charalampos has developed expertise in innovative solutions for sustainable maritime practices. Previous experience includes roles as a Trainee Technical Superintendent at Intership Navigation Co. Ltd, Engine Cadet at Salamis Cruise Lines, and Steward at Celtic Football Club, alongside military service as a Military Police Sergeant in the Cyprus National Army. Charalampos holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, completed in May 2021, following education at Agias Fylaxeos High School.
