Xavier V.

Xavier V. has over 19 years of work experience in various IT roles. Xavier began their career at GCG as a Technical Support Consultant in 2000 and then moved on to Business Solutions Group as a Support Manager in 2003. In 2004, Xavier joined Hunter Douglas Mexico as an IT Support Coordinator, where they oversaw ERP business processes implementations and web orders. In 2008, they joined Grupo Rotoplas as an IT Process Information Manager, responsible for data and information strategies, project management, SAP, and ERP. In 2014, they were promoted to IT Senior Process Manager, focusing on business processes strategy and digital information management. Most recently, Xavier has been serving as the Head of IT at Carnot Laboratorios since November 2019.

Xavier V. obtained a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, graduating in 2017. Xavier also holds a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed in 2019. In 2001, Xavier V. earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications over the years, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum.org in December 2018, PMP Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in February 2016, MCP 290 Managing and Maintaining MS Windows Server from Microsoft in August 2008, Development Consultant SAP Netweaver Application Development Focus ABAP from SAP in June 2008, and MCP 215 Installing Configuring and Administering MS Windows Server from Microsoft in June 2001.
