Fawaz Ghansar

Fawaz Ghansar currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Carnot Technologies, managing multiple Aftersales teams and overseeing the entire customer experience cycle for domestic and international markets. With extensive experience in customer service management, Fawaz previously held the role of AVP Contact Center & Customer Experience at Onsitego, where responsibilities included client and vendor management, planning, and forecasting. Fawaz also held leadership positions at Musafir.com, InfoTrack Telematics, AL MILLION SERVICES, Meru Cabs, First Advantage, and Tracmail India, focusing on sales, operations, and contact center management. Fawaz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mithibai College.
