Nadiur Rahman's work experience began in 2010 as a Shop Floor Assistant at Sainsbury's. In 2012, they worked as a Web Programmer at an unspecified company until 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Nadiur also served as an Assistant Manager at Advanced Tuition. In 2014, they briefly worked as an Assistant Vehicle Technician at Palermo Garage. In 2016, Nadiur worked as a Product Development Engineer IP at 3M until 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Nadiur worked as an Engine Designer at The Litus Foundation. Currently, since 2019, they are serving as the Co-Founder and Engine Designer at Carnot Ltd, a company focused on developing ultra-efficient internal combustion engines.

Nadiur Rahman pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2018 at Queen Mary University of London, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree. Additionally, they acquired the Solidworks Mechanical Design Associate certification from Dassault Systèmes in September 2018. More recently, in November 2022, Nadiur participated in the Scale For ClimateTech Manufacturing Bootcamp offered by For ClimateTech and successfully obtained a certification.
