Adam Farrell has a diverse work experience in the field of application support engineering. Adam started their career at Advance Systems in 2013 as a Technical Support, where they proactively resolved customer support tickets and updated the CRM system with detailed notes. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Analyst, where they continued to provide technical assistance to customers. In 2017, they became the Technical Director, taking on responsibilities such as improving software deployment processes and handling complex technical issues. In 2018, Adam joined Mitrefinch USA as an Application Support Engineer, consulting with customers on their needs for Time & Attendance Software, and advising them on best practices. Currently, they are working at CarNow as an Application Support Engineer, where they continue to provide assistance and support to customers. Throughout their career, Adam has gained proficiency in various technologies, including SQL, NodeJS, Native Javascript, Powershell, Python, React, Angular, Azure, AWS, IIS, TCP/IP, and UDP.
Adam Farrell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin from 2009 to 2012.
