Guusje van der Heijden has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started their career at Zalando SE as a Global Brand Manager, responsible for coordinating brand marketing campaigns. Guusje later served as a Customer Experience Manager, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and implementing new initiatives. In 2014, Guusje worked at V&D as a Category Manager, where they executed the category strategy for Women's Accessories, Jewellery, and Travel. Guusje then co-founded and served as COO of Patient Journey App, where they set up and scaled the Customer Success department and developed operational processes. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Community Manager at Mindspace.me, launching and managing multiple co-working spaces. Guusje served as an Ecommerce Marketing Manager at Cargill, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the Veliche.nl e-commerce platform. Guusje also worked at GfK as a Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing the implementation of marketing plans and collaborating with various divisions. In 2019, they co-founded and served as COO of Caro Health, a healthcare SaaS solution that focuses on making patient-centric healthcare accessible. Currently, Guusje is the owner of Goosly Holding.
Guusje van der Heijden obtained a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Inholland Academy, completing this program from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Nyenrode Business University, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
