Careina Williams

Careina Williams is an accomplished professional in real estate and investment management, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner at Caro Investors since 2024 and as a Board Member at CareTrust REIT since March 2022. Previously, Careina held leadership roles at Sundance Bay, including Managing Director and Principal, and contributed as a Member of the Advisory Board. Careina's experience also includes serving as Principal at Zero G Capital Management LLC and Artemis Real Estate Partners, where responsibilities encompassed acquisitions and asset management. Careina began the professional journey at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst and progressed through various roles, including Associate Director at BMG Entertainment and Principal at Capri Capital Partners. Careina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has a degree from Harvard University, complemented by education at National Cathedral School.
