BHASKARA REDDY began their career at the University of Lucknow, where they pursued a PHD and worked on projects involving the purification and characterization of specific glucosyltransferases and the molecular cloning of SGT gene family members.

BHASKARA REDDY then joined Texas A&M University as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, where they performed molecular cloning of various genes into different vectors and conducted independent research in RNA biology in trypanosomes. Their responsibilities also included data analysis and presentation at group meetings and research conferences.
