Tracy Biesecker

Tracy Biesecker, MBA, NHA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Carol Woods Retirement Community since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tracy held the same title at Salemtowne Retirement Community from April 2022 to January 2025 and at Messiah Lifeways from December 2017 to March 2022, where duties included overseeing financial operations and strategic initiatives. Tracy's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at SpiriTrust Lutheran® and Director at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries. From 2002 to 2013, Tracy worked at Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community in multiple capacities, including VP of Technology & Operations and Director of Accounting Services. Tracy began a career in finance at PwC as a Senior Associate from June 1997 to January 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
