Eric Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric started their career in 2000 at Lowe's Home Improvement, where they held various management positions such as Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager, and Store Manager. In these roles, Eric was responsible for overseeing store operations, managing personnel, and achieving financial goals. In 2010, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit Associate, and later advanced to the position of Senior Associate. At Grant Thornton, Eric managed audit engagements, guided new associates, and conducted discussions with clients regarding audit control findings. Currently, Eric is employed at Carolina Beverage Group, LLC as the Director of Finance, a position they have held since 2016.
Eric Pearce attended the College of Charleston from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Accounting - Audit. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in the Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie Training in June 2019.
