Renaud Warin

Renaud Warin has worked in a variety of roles in the life sciences field since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Research Fellow at the NIH/NIDDK. Renaud then worked as a Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh from 2007 to 2010. After that, they were a Staff Scientist at Washington University in St. Louis from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they were an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Research Associate at North Carolina A&T State University, where they were also the manager in charge of developing the Core Laboratory. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Research Scientist at Dole Food Company, where they were the leader of the Human Metabolism Laboratory. Since 2019, they have been a Life Science and Molecular Biology Consultant, as well as a Chief Scientific Officer, Research Director, and Senior Scientist - Tumor Immunology at Carolina BioOncology Institute.

Renaud Warin has a diverse educational background. Renaud obtained a BSc in Molecular Biology and Physiology from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) between 1994 and 1998. Renaud then went on to pursue an MSc in Enzymatic Engineering, Bioconversion and Microbiology from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 1998 to 1999. Finally, they obtained a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2003. In addition, they have obtained certifications in GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus) from the CITI Program in June 2022, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) from the CITI Program in September 2021, and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
