Sarah Covington

Sarah Covington is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance sector. As the Controller and formerly the Corporate Staff Accountant at Carolina Canners Inc. since May 2020, Sarah has demonstrated leadership and expertise in financial management. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Hutto Law Firm as an Assistant to the Office Manager and gained experience as the Student Financials Manager at Clemson University, where responsibilities included preparing deposits and reconciling revenue accounts. Sarah’s early career includes an internship as a CPA Intern at Omni Electrical Services, where assistance was provided in transitioning to new accounting software. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a Minor in Management from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
