Charity Hand

Charity Hand is an experienced retail manager currently serving at Carolina Caring since July 2019, where the Hospice Resale Shop generates funds to support hospice patients. Previous roles include Goldmine Administrator and Territory Development as well as Corporate Accounts Industry Specialist at KLINGSPOR Abrasives from May 2016 to July 2019. From September 2012 to April 2016, Charity Hand worked as Compliance & Marketing Coordinator for Community Schools of Catawba County, where management and staff training responsibilities were undertaken. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at DeHart & Company Public Relations from February 1999 to September 2012, focusing on media relations and client representation. Charity Hand holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Lenoir-Rhyne University and completed transfer credits at Valencia College, alongside earning an Honors Diploma from Apopka High School in Florida.
