Kellie Light has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Carolina Caring since January 2017, while also holding the position of Staff Registered Nurse. Prior to this role, Kellie was the Director of Liturgical Ministries and Pastoral Care at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hickory, NC from September 2002 to November 2016. Kellie's nursing background includes positions as an Occupational Health Nurse and Emergency Department Nurse at Catawba Valley Medical Center between 1988 and 2008. Kellie holds a Diploma in Registered Nursing from Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing (1982-1985) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Today, our team of professionals and volunteers serves more than 300 hospice patients. Our Mission is to provide world class, compassionate care by engaging all individuals and their families to enhance living.
